Welcome to Palace & Charitos. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Palace & Chariots, a concierge application offering accommodation, car and flight rentals, security and bodyguard services, and rentals and sales of long and short-stay apartments (collectively, the “Services”).

By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the app, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Services.

2. Eligibility

To use the Services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old;
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements; and
• Provide accurate and complete information during registration.

3. Account Registration

• You are required to create an account to access certain features of the Services.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Services

4.1 Accommodation

• Bookings for long and short-stay apartments are subject to availability and the property’s individual terms.
• Additional charges may apply for cleaning, utilities, or other services.

4.2 Car and Flight Rentals

• All rental bookings must be confirmed at least 48 hours prior to the start of the service.
• You must comply with the rental providers’ policies, including valid identification, insurance, and payment of applicable fees.

4.3 Security and Bodyguard Services

• All security personnel are vetted and trained; however, Palace & Chariot is not liable for damages resulting from their actions unless explicitly caused by negligence.
• You must provide accurate details regarding the scope and nature of the security services required.

4.4 Rentals and Sales of Cars and Apartments

• Listings are provided as-is. Ensure you verify all details before making payments or commitments.
• All sales are final unless otherwise stated in a formal agreement.

5. Pricing and Payments

• Prices for Services are displayed within the app and may vary based on location, demand, or duration of service.
• Payment must be made via the approved payment methods in the app.
• Cancellations and refunds are subject to the individual policies of the service providers.

6. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and current information during bookings or service requests.
• Abide by all applicable laws and regulations when using the Services.
• Refrain from any fraudulent, abusive, or harmful behaviour on the platform.

7. Prohibited Activities

• Misrepresenting your identity or purpose when using the Services.
• Using the platform for illegal or unauthorized activities.
• Interfering with or disrupting the functionality of the app.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property within the app are the exclusive property of Palace & Chariot or its licensors. Unauthorized use of such materials is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

Palace & Chariot is not liable for:

• Losses resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by service providers;
• Delays, cancellations, or disruptions caused by third-party providers;
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Services.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of the country.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms or other policies.

Our collection and use of personal information are outlined in our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to Terms
